Including a video or video series on your website, and sharing them over your social media platforms, can help tremendously with getting your message across to your customers, donors, supporters or whoever your target audience may be. Take the following example of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative based in Oslo, then check out one of the completed videos at the top of this page.

Producing a series of videos for the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) was one of our largest ever projects, and involved extensive research, filming and post production.

The EITI Secretariat, based in Norway, were looking for a series of videos to place on their website to help explain the processes & functions of the Initiative. They also wanted to have an abridged version of the completed videos to screen at their global conference in front of industry and political leaders from around the World.

In planning for the project we enlisted the help of a consultant to assist us in enhancing our understanding of the EITI, and to make sure that we were best positioned to get the EITI's message across.

Filming commenced in Brussels at the EITI National Coordinators conference where we recorded more than 20 interviews with National representatives and Regional coordinators, as well as with each member of the EITI Secretariat.

From there we travelled to Mongolia and braved temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius to gather extensive footage of how the initiative has been implemented in the country. During the trip we recorded more interviews with industry, civil society and political leaders - including the Minister for Industry, and a senior Prime Ministerial adviser.

Post production for the videos was completed back at our base in Prague which included graphics development and implementation, transcribing and translations in five languages, editing, voice overs and sound.

This project was a tremendous success, and showed how we are able to take on big projects which involve many aspects including extensive research, international travel, challenging filming conditions, multiple languages, and a client based in a different country to our own.
